The terms and conditions for using AtheraI.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using AtheraI, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Your account and data
Creating an account means your conversation history, uploaded files, and the memories AtheraI extracts about you will be retained on our systems indefinitely. AtheraI does not currently support account deletion or deletion of individual long-term memories. By signing up, you accept that this data will persist for as long as the service operates, and that we retain full control over how it is used, including sharing or licensing it to third parties as described in our Privacy Policy.
Use of the service
AtheraI is provided for personal and professional productivity use. You may not use it to generate illegal content, spam, or to attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or other technical restrictions.
Paid plans
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and processed via UPI. Refunds are handled case-by-case — email sankalpshelke48@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge. Upgrading does not change how your data is retained or used.
Intellectual property
AtheraI's interface, code, and branding are owned by Sankalp Shelke. The content you generate using AtheraI belongs to you, subject to the data rights described above and in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
AtheraI is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the assistant's outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages related to data retention, the unavailability of account or memory deletion, or any use we make of your data as permitted under our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of AtheraI after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
